JDJM2C Inhibitor
SD-70 is a selective inhibitor of the histone demethylase JMJD2C, known for its role in epigenetic regulation. This compound demonstrates significant antitumor activity by decreasing the viability of various cancer cell lines, including CWR22Rv1 (9% survival at 10 μM), PC3 (14% survival at 2 μM), and DU145 (26% survival at 2 μM).
