MetAP2 Inhibitor

SDX-7539 is a selective inhibitor of Methionine aminopeptidase type 2 (MetAP2). It demonstrates significant inhibition of HUVEC proliferation, with an IC50 value of 120 μM. In addition, SDX-7539 exhibits notable antitumor activity in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) xenograft models using athymic nude mice, making it a valuable tool for cancer research.
