SEC
ANXA7 GTPase Activator
SEC is an ANXA7 GTPase activator that functions through the AMPK/mTORC1/STAT3 signaling pathway. This compound selectively promotes apoptosis in cancer cells that express elevated levels of ITGB4 by facilitating the nuclear translocation of ITGB4. SEC is primarily utilized in research focused on cancer biology and the elucidation of apoptotic mechanisms.
