Seltorexant hydrochloride
Orexin-2 Receptor Antagonist
Seltorexant hydrochloride is a selective antagonist of the orexin-2 receptor (OX2R), exhibiting high affinity characterized by pKi values of 8.0 and 8.1 in human and rat OX2R, respectively.
