SEN177
Glutaminyl Cyclase Inhibitor
SEN177 is a potent inhibitor of glutaminyl cyclase, with a Ki of 20 nM and an IC50 of 13 nM for human glutamine cyclase. This compound disrupts the interaction between CD47 and SIRPα, demonstrating notable anti-tumor activity. Additionally, SEN177 has been shown to mitigate aggregation and apoptosis related to HTT mutations in Huntington's disease models, making it a valuable tool for research into neurodegenerative disorders.
