SH379

Anti-late-onset Hypogonadism Agent

SH379 is a derivative of 2-methylpyrimidine-fused tricyclic diterpene targeting late-onset hypogonadism. This compound is a potent and orally active agent that enhances the expression of critical testosterone synthesis enzymes, including StAR and 3β-HSD. Additionally, SH379 stimulates autophagy by modulating the AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway, making it a valuable tool for research into testosterone-related conditions and metabolic regulation.
