SHIP1 activator 1

Phosphatase

SHIP1 activator 1 is a selective regulator of the SH3 domain-containing inositol 5-phosphatase, SHIP1, that enhances its activity. This compound effectively activates SHIP1 in vitro, leading to the inhibition of Akt phosphorylation in MOLT-4 cells. Furthermore, it demonstrates dose-dependent efficacy in a mouse model of inflammation. SHIP1 activator 1 serves as an essential tool for investigating the role of SHIP1 activators in the modulation of hematopoietic diseases associated with dysregulated PI3K signaling pathways.
