PROTAC JAK2 Degrader
SJ988497 is a potent PROTAC JAK2 degrader that targets JAK2 for degradation, playing a critical role in the inhibition of CRLF2-rearranged (CRLF2r) cell proliferation. Functionally, SJ988497 induces degradation of the neosubstrate GSPT1 through its architecture consisting of a Ruxolitinib derivative, a linker, and the CRBN ligand Pomalidomide.
