Anti-hyperglycemic Agent

SL010110 is an anti-hyperglycemic agent that specifically targets SIRT2 to inhibit gluconeogenesis. By activating p300, SL010110 promotes the degradation of PEPCK1, resulting in a significant downregulation of its protein levels without altering the gene expression of key gluconeogenic enzymes such as PEPCK, glucose-6-phosphatase, and fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase.
