SM-433
IAPs Inhibitor
SM-433 is a Smac mimetic that acts as an inhibitor of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs). It demonstrates a strong binding affinity to the XIAP BIR3 domain with an IC50 of less than 1 μM.
