BRM/BRG1 Inhibitor

SMARCA2-IN-7 is a potent dual inhibitor of BRM and BRG1, demonstrating an IC50 of less than 0.005 µM for both targets. It exhibits significant anti-tumor activity, effectively inhibiting BRG1-deleted SKMEL5 tumor proliferation with an AAC50 of 13 nM. Additionally, it shows a cell proliferation activity AAC50 of 42 nM in H1299 cells. This compound serves as a valuable tool for researching the roles of BRM and BRG1 in cancer biology.
