PROTAC

SMD-1087 is a potent PROTAC that selectively degrades SMARCA2 with a DC50 of 8 nM and SMARCA4 with a DC50 of 1 µM. It combines the E3 ligase ligand (S,R,S)-AHPC-Me, the target protein ligand SMI-1074, and an optimized PROTAC linker, facilitating targeted protein degradation. This compound is valuable for studies investigating the role of SMARCA family proteins in cancer and other diseases by enabling selective modulation of their levels in cellular models.
