SMI-10B13
Oncostatin M Inhibitor
SMI-10B13 is an inhibitor of Oncostatin M (OSM) with a KD of 6.6 μM. It effectively inhibits OSM-mediated phosphorylation of STAT3 in T47D and MCF-7 cell lines, exhibiting IC50 values of 136 nM and 164 nM, respectively. Additionally, SMI-10B13 demonstrates anti-tumor activity in human breast cancer mouse models, making it a valuable tool for research into breast cancer and related signaling pathways.
