SN05
Amino Acid Transport Inhibitor
SN05 is a potent inhibitor of amino acid transport, exhibiting Ki values of 2.77 μM for hASCT1, 0.73 μM for rASCT2, 0.87 μM for hASCT2, 3.7 μM for EAAT1, 7.25 μM for EAAT2, 7.23 μM for EAAC1, and 2.22 μM for EAAT5. This compound demonstrates significant inhibitory activity on various transport mechanisms involved in amino acid uptake. SN05 is applicable in cancer research, where modulation of amino acid transport can influence tumor growth and cellular metabolism.
