SNX3 Inhibitor
SNX3-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of sorting nexin 3 (SNX3), which plays a critical role in cellular endosomal sorting. This compound effectively reduces SNX3 protein expression and inhibits the activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. SNX3-IN-1 demonstrates significant anti-proliferative and anti-migratory effects on cells associated with pulmonary fibrosis, decreasing the expression of key fibrosis markers such as α-SMA and COL-1. This reagent is valuable for research focused on the pathophysiology and potential therapeutic strategies for pulmonary fibrosis.
