GLP-2R Agonist

Sonefpeglutide is a potent glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) receptor agonist, exhibiting an EC50 value of 0.327 nM for human GLP-2R. This long-acting analog is designed without a PEG linker and is fused to a human IgG Fc fragment, resulting in an extended half-life in vivo.
