SOP1812

Quadruplex Ligand

SOP1812 (QN-302) is a naphthalene diimide derivative that functions as a quadruplex ligand, exhibiting significant anti-tumor activity. It specifically binds to G-quadruplex structures, leading to the down-regulation of multiple cancer-related gene pathways. Notably, SOP1812 demonstrates high affinity for the hTERT G4 and HuTel21 G4 with dissociation constants (KD) of 4.9 nM and 28.4 nM, respectively. This compound is applicable in cancer research, providing insights into therapeutic targeting of G-quadruplex DNA.
