Sotiburafusp alfa

Angiogenesis Inhibitor

Sotiburafusp alfa is a bispecific fusion protein designed to target angiogenesis through its humanized VEGFR-1 extracellular domain fragment, which is linked to a modified humanized IgG1-kappa anti-human PD-L1 heavy chain variant. This unique construct effectively inhibits angiogenesis by blocking crucial signaling pathways. Sotiburafusp alfa has potential applications in cancer research, particularly in immunotherapy and the study of tumor microenvironments.
