Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS

Protein Kinase Activator

Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS is a selective activator of protein kinases cAKI and cAKII, exhibiting an affinity of 0.25 μM and 3.2 μM, respectively. This cAMP analog demonstrates significant biological activity, effectively inhibiting the growth of human leukemia cells (HL-60) and colon cancer cells (LS-174T), with IC50 values ranging from 8 to 100 μM. Sp-8-Cl-cAMPS serves as a valuable tool for studying the roles of cAMP-dependent signaling pathways in cancer research and therapeutic development.
