Antiplatelet Agent

SP-8008 is a selective inhibitor of shear stress-induced platelet aggregation (SIPA) with an IC50 of 1.44 μM. It effectively disrupts the interaction between von Willebrand factor (vWF) and platelet glycoprotein (GP) Ib, thereby exerting an antithrombotic effect. SP-8008 is valuable for research investigating platelet function and thrombus formation in cardiovascular studies.
