SPL-334
GSNOR Inhibitor
SPL-334 is a selective inhibitor of S-Nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR), demonstrating potent inhibitory effects. This compound significantly reduces the production of Th2 cytokines IL-5 and IL-13, as well as the chemokine CCL11 (eotaxin-1) in airway tissues. SPL-334 is suitable for research on allergic airway inflammation, providing insights into Th2-mediated responses and potential therapeutic targets.
