SPOP E3 ubiquitin ligase Inhibitor
SPOP-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the SPOP E3 ubiquitin ligase, implicated in the regulation of protein degradation pathways. By inhibiting SPOP, this compound promotes the accumulation of tumor suppressors such as PTEN and DUSP7, while decreasing levels of phosphorylated AKT and ERK. SPOP-IN-1 is relevant for research into clear-cell renal cell carcinoma and may aid in understanding tumor biology and potential therapeutic strategies.
