SQS Inhibitor

SQS-IN-1 is a potent squalene synthase (SQS) inhibitor. It demonstrates broad-spectrum anti-proliferative effects against both mouse and human lung cancer cell lines by inhibiting DNA replication and disrupting the cell cycle, leading to mitochondrial hyperpolarization and subsequent apoptosis. Additionally, SQS-IN-1 effectively inhibits cell migration and invasion. This compound is valuable for research into the mechanisms of lung cancer.
