SRI 31215

Matriptase/Hepsin/HGFA Inhibitor

SRI 31215 is a potent inhibitor of Matriptase, Hepsin, and Hepatocyte Growth Factor Activator (HGFA), exhibiting IC50 values of 0.69 μM, 0.65 μM, and 0.30 μM, respectively. By mimicking the action of endogenous inhibitors HAI-1 and HAI-2, SRI 31215 effectively disrupts the activation of HGF. This compound is valuable for cancer research, particularly in studies focused on tumor progression and metastasis associated with serine proteases.
