SS-cleavable And pH-sensitive Lipid-like Material
ssPalmE-P4-C2 is an SS-cleavable and pH-sensitive lipid-like material designed to function as an effective gene delivery system. Utilizing a vitamin E scaffold, ssPalmE-P4-C2 demonstrates significant gene knockdown activity, particularly against FVII, with an ED50 of 0.5 mg/kg. This compound is suitable for the synthesis of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for siRNA delivery to hepatocytes, making it applicable in RNA therapeutics for conditions such as dyslipidemia, hepatitis B/C infections, and transthyretin amyloidosis research.
