Dual CerS4/6 Inhibitor

ST1072 is a dual inhibitor of ceramide synthases CerS4 and CerS6. It markedly impairs the proliferation and interferon-gamma production in murine T cells. This compound is valuable for investigating hematologic malignancies and the roles of ceramide metabolism in immune responses.
