STF-1084
ENPP1 Inhibitor
STF-1084 is a potent, cell-impermeable competitive inhibitor of ENPP1, characterized by a Ki value of 33 nM. By inhibiting ENPP1, STF-1084 increases extracellular levels of cGAMP, facilitating enhanced immune infiltration within the tumor microenvironment. This compound demonstrates a synergistic effect when combined with ionizing radiation and cGAMP, contributing to the delay of tumor progression. STF-1084 is instrumental in studies focused on cancers exhibiting low immunogenicity.
