Sunitinib glucuronate

Multi-targeted RTK Inhibitor

Sunitinib glucuronate is a multi-targeted receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that demonstrates potent inhibition of VEGFR2 and PDGFRβ, with IC50 values of 80 nM and 2 nM, respectively. As an ATP-competitive inhibitor, it effectively disrupts the autophosphorylation of Ire1α, thereby inhibiting its RNase activation. This compound is valuable for research applications involving cancer biology, angiogenesis, and cell signaling pathways that are regulated by receptor tyrosine kinases.
