Sutetinib maleate

Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor

Sutetinib maleate is a potent orally active tyrosine kinase inhibitor, targeting key pathways involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, including VEGFR and PDGFR, with Ki values of 0.009 µM and 0.008 µM respectively. This compound effectively inhibits the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells and fibroblasts while disrupting tubular structure formation. Additionally, Sutetinib maleate demonstrates broad-spectrum antitumor efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo models, making it a valuable tool in cancer research and therapeutic development.
