Sutetinib

Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor

Sutetinib is an orally bioavailable inhibitor primarily targeting tyrosine kinases, including VEGFR and PDGFR, with high affinity (Ki= 0.009 µM for VEGFR-1/2/3 and Ki= 0.008 µM for PDGFR-α/β) and the c-KIT proto-oncogene. It effectively inhibits the proliferation, migration, and tubular structure formation of endothelial cells and fibroblasts. Sutetinib demonstrates broad-spectrum antitumor activity, making it a valuable tool for cancer research and therapeutic applications.
