Synucleozid
SNCA Translation Blocker
Synucleozid (NSC 377363) is an effective inhibitor of SNCA mRNA translation, specifically targeting the 5' untranslated region (UTR) at the designed iron response element (IRE) site. By reducing the quantity of SNCA mRNA that enters polysomes, Synucleozid effectively inhibits the translation of the α-synuclein protein.
