T-1101 tosylate
Hec1/Nek2 Inhibitor
T-1101 tosylate is a potent inhibitor of highly expressed oncoprotein 1 (Hec1), with an emphasis on disrupting the interaction between Hec1 and NEK2. This orally active compound demonstrates significant cytotoxicity in human liver cancer cells, exhibiting a GI50 range of 15-70 nM. Additionally, T-1101 tosylate induces apoptosis in Huh-7 cells and shows promising antitumor efficacy in mouse models. Its application in cancer research highlights its potential as a therapeutic agent against liver cancer.
