T-1101

Hec1 Inhibitor

T-1101 is a potent inhibitor of the mitotic regulator Hec1, which is highly expressed in various cancers. It effectively disrupts the interaction between Hec1 and NEK2, demonstrating cytotoxic effects in human liver cancer cells with a GI50 range of 15-70 nM. Furthermore, T-1101 induces apoptosis in Huh-7 cells and shows significant antitumor activity in mouse models, making it a valuable compound for cancer research and therapeutic studies.
