T0080
FPR-1 Antagonist
T0080 is a FPR-1 antagonist that effectively reduces cell apoptosis and inhibits reactive oxygen species (ROS) production in plaque macrophages. It also decreases the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β, contributing to the attenuation of atherosclerotic progression in ApoE−/− mice. This compound serves as a valuable tool for studying inflammation and atherosclerosis in preclinical models.
