T2M-010
TREM2 Agonist
T2M-010 is a potent agonist of TREM2, characterized by its affinity (Kd = 0.83 μM) and ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. This compound activates receptor-proximal signaling, leading to SYK phosphorylation in TREM2-expressing cells and enhancing microglial phagocytosis. T2M-010 is suitable for research focused on elucidating protective microglial responses that are significant in the context of Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
