Tarlox-TKI

Tarlox-TKI is a compound with potential anti-cancer activity. It functions as a selective inhibitor of the P2Y receptor and exhibits binding affinity to the α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, thereby preventing neuronal death and skin cancer progression. Tarlox-TKI has been demonstrated to inhibit xenograft tumor growth in murine models and to suppress the transcriptional regulation of genes associated with autoimmune diseases. In addition, Tarlox-TKI interacts with toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and inhibits the expression of 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (APBD). It also prevents the activation of p21 through inhibition of polymerase chain reaction (PCR), resulting in the suppression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF).
