TAS1553
PPI Inhibitor
TAS1553 is a potent, orally active protein-protein interaction (PPI) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.0396 μM. It has been shown to inhibit DNA replication and decrease intracellular dATP levels, leading to the induction of apoptosis in cancer cells. TAS1553 is primarily employed in cancer research to explore mechanisms of tumor progression and therapeutic resistance.
