TCL053
Nucleic Acid Carrier
TCL053 is an ionizable lipid carrier designed for the efficient intracellular delivery of nucleic acids. When used in combination with DPPC, PEG-DMG, and cholesterol, TCL053 forms lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) capable of delivering therapeutic agents such as Cas9 mRNA and sgRNA to skeletal muscle cells. This innovative formulation enhances the uptake and stability of nucleic acid-based therapeutics, making it valuable for gene editing and therapeutic applications in molecular biology and genetic research.
