TD52
CIP2A Inhibitor
TD52 is a potent inhibitor of the protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) pathway, demonstrating significant anti-cancer activity, particularly in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells. Through the modulation of the CIP2A/PP2A/p-Akt signaling cascade, TD52 induces apoptosis in TNBC. It exerts its effects by disrupting Elk1 binding to the CIP2A promoter, resulting in reduced CIP2A levels. Additionally, TD52 is equipped with an alkyne group, allowing it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) for further chemical studies.
