sAC inhibitor
TDI-10229 is a potent inhibitor of soluble adenylyl cyclase (sAC, ADCY10), demonstrating nanomolar activity with an IC50 of 195 nM in biochemical and cellular assays. This compound is orally bioavailable and has suitable pharmacokinetic properties in mice, making it valuable for in vivo research applications. TDI-10229 can be utilized to investigate the role of sAC in various biological processes and disease models.
