TDO-IN-1

TDO Inhibitor

TDO-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO) that exhibits remarkable specificity over indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), displaying an IC50 value of 0.62 μM for IDO. This compound has been shown to reverse local immune tolerance within tumor microenvironments, effectively inhibiting tumor growth in vivo. TDO-IN-1 is a valuable tool for research focused on cancer immunotherapy and the modulation of immune responses.
