TDPAM02

GluA2 Receptor Positive Allosteric Modulator

TDPAM02 is a positive allosteric modulator targeting the AMPA receptor GluA2. It binds specifically to the ligand-binding domain (LBD) of the GluA2 flop subtype, exhibiting an IC50 value of 1.4 nM. By stabilizing the activated conformation of GluA2 receptors, TDPAM02 effectively delays receptor deactivation and desensitization. This compound is valuable for research focused on enhancing excitatory synaptic transmission in the central nervous system.
