TDRL-X80
XPA Inhibitor
TDRL-X80 is a selective inhibitor of the xeroderma pigmentosum group A (XPA) protein, targeting its DNA binding activity. This compound demonstrates significant inhibitory effects on the binding of XPA to single, double, and Cisplatin-damaged DNA, with IC50 values of 18 μM, 20 μM, and 29 μM, respectively, demonstrated in fluorescence polarization assays. Additionally, ELISA analyses reveal IC50s of 21 μM, 39 μM, and 28 μM for the same DNA substrates. TDRL-X80 is a valuable tool for investigating XPA-related pathways and mechanisms in DNA repair research.
