Tec-IN-1
Tec Inhibitor
Tec-IN-1 is a selective Tec inhibitor with an IC50 of 11.7 μM. It effectively inhibits Tec-mediated tyrosine phosphorylation of fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) and significantly decreases the secretion of FGF2 from cells. This compound is valuable for research applications focused on the regulation of tyrosine kinases and the roles of FGF2 in various biological processes.
