Tec-IN-14
Tec Inhibitor
Tec-IN-14 is a selective Tec kinase inhibitor that effectively blocks the interaction between Tec kinase and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2), demonstrating an IC50 of 7.0 μM. This compound inhibits the non-classical secretion of FGF2 in cellular models and suppresses its tyrosine phosphorylation.
