Temozolomide-d3 is a deuterium-labeled derivative of Temozolomide, a potent oral DNA alkylating agent that effectively penetrates the blood-brain barrier. This compound exerts proautophagic and proapoptotic effects, demonstrating significant cytotoxicity against tumor cells with deficient O6-alkylguanine DNA alkyltransferase (OGAT) and intact mismatch repair mechanisms.
