TFC 007
H-PGDS Inhibitor
TFC-007 is a selective inhibitor of hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (H-PGDS) with a potent inhibitory activity demonstrated by an IC50 value of 83 nM. This compound is valuable for research applications involving H-PGDS modulation and can be utilized in the development of PROTAC(H-PGDS)-1, where TFC-007 targets H-PGDS while Pomalidomide binds to cereblon, facilitating targeted degradation.
