CLK1 Inhibitor
TG693 is an orally active inhibitor of Clock-Like Protein 1 (CLK1), targeting its enzymatic function in splicing regulation. By modulating the mutated exon 31 of the dystrophin gene, TG693 shows potential in the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). This reagent is useful for research applications focused on understanding and addressing the molecular mechanisms underlying DMD.
