TGN-020 sodium
AQP4 Inhibitor
TGN-020 sodium is a selective inhibitor of Aquaporin 4 (AQP4) with an IC50 of 3.1 μM. This compound effectively reduces edema and inhibits glial scar formation following spinal cord compression injuries in rat models. Additionally, TGN-020 sodium serves as an alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker, facilitating the synthesis of PROTACs for advanced biochemical research applications.
