TGX-115
PI3-K Inhibitor
TGX-115 is a selective inhibitor of the p110β and p110δ isoforms of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3-K). It effectively blocks p110β-mediated phosphorylation of Akt in response to lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) in L6 myotubes, and it reduces insulin-stimulated levels of PI(3,4)P2 and PIP3 in 3T3-L1 adipocytes. TGX-115 is a valuable tool for research investigating the mechanisms underlying diabetes mellitus and related metabolic disorders.
